What is the criteria for receiving $20 for each user that signs up?
Partner earns $20 USD for each unique user who completes a paid Luna subscription using Partner's assigned promo code. Commissions are paid via PayPal on the 1st of each calendar month for conversions from the prior month. Minimum payout threshold: $20. Commissions are forfeited if a subscriber cancels within 7 days of signup (chargeback/refund window).
How long do I get free access to Luna for?
Luna grants Partner one complimentary Luna subscription (retail value ~$96/year) for the duration of active partnership. Free access renews annually provided Partner has published at least one qualifying post per 90-day period. Luna may revoke free access upon 14 days' written notice if posting requirements are not met.
What are the content license terms?
Partner grants Luna a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute content that features or references Luna ("Partner Content") for Luna's marketing, advertising, and social media purposes. Luna will credit Partner when reasonably practical. Partner warrants they own all rights to Partner Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
